Z3 spin out

Hey there fellow inspire pilots.
I recently purchased a Z3 camera and I'm having an issue with my i1 spinning out while trying to fly straight..
I've calibrated the gimbal and that's all so far ..
Has anyone had this happen to them ?
Also I bought the camera from a guy who bought it new and it's under warranty.. My question is will dji take care of it if it's a defective camera or will the original owner have to send it in ?

Hi Slim!
Yes everything is current ..
I had this happen when I first received my i1 back in the early i1 days ..
I sent it in to dji and they replaced the flight controller and never had the spin outs since .
I wonder if my compass could be out of wack..I haven't done a calibration in a long time and my i1 has been to dji several times since November for problems stemming from being forced to use the go app when they did mandatory registration. I wanted to continue running the pilot app but when my optical port went out for a second time i sent it in for repair then after the repair it wouldn't connect to the pilot app.. Took a perfectly good aircraft and ruined it. .Now it only flys 50 mph for a second then the power is limited ..not happy..
