Artifacts on Inspire 1 videofeed

I noticed these weird artifacts on my ipad's video feed today after updating firmware to the newest version.
I haven't noticed them before. What could this be? Is it over-exposure warning related?

An exposure problem warning. IT has always been ther, but you can turn it on or off.

It's a feature called zebra pattern. Any areas of the video feed that show this pattern are usually over exposed. It's an exposure assist tool that you can turn off if you don't like it.
