Battery capacity issue

My inspire 1 TB47 batteries are showing capacity's far below what they should. One shows 1450mah the other 2650mah or so fully charged. They both have under 100 charge cycles and will hover long past the "critical battery alert". Any info about a possible battery reset?

When I first got my Inspire 1 there was a clear directive to discharge the batteries to < 5% every 10 flights. I always take mine to 0%. Now, to be clear, this is NOT zero volts. 0% in the Go App equates to about 3.4vdc per cell. I have been doing this almost religiously for years and, so far, all 4 of my batteries are still working well with an average of 70-80 flights each.

From the manual:



Once you do this, fully charge the battery and fly down to 50% for storage. This should "reset" and "refresh" your battery.
