Battery connection to the central board failed

Hi
Battery connection to the central board failed? ??
What Can I do ?
I have 4 Battery, tota flight time 2hour.
i have clean pins of the drone, every time same, red light.
Camera And landing gear working. But motor not.
 
I have read similar problems on the phantom forum that turned out to be bad battery connection.
I have added two images of the battery pins/tabs and one of the battery underside.
You can see where the pins are touching the tabs in 4 places

I have the same problem! But even worse! When i received this error - i landed and noticed that something was smoking (later i understood that it was battery).
I have two more batteries and i receive the same error with it.

I am afraid that we might need it here. Please, contact your dealer and ask for a warranty service. They will assist you in sending the item here. The process takes currently form 15 to 20 working days as of the item is received here.

When i tried to put the battery (smoking one) it started to smoke again!!!!
 
I have the same problem! But even worse! When i received this error - i landed and noticed that something was smoking (later i understood that it was battery).
I have two more batteries and i receive the same error with it.

I am having the same issue and need some advice. Did you have to send in for repair?

Hi bmancan did you end up fixing the battery error problem cos i m having that problem atm and if you help me assist with the problem thanks in advance
