He's saying with the mod main battery in place but without the aux batteries it stll not flying right under gps! Got to be in the battery mod
It flies fine with the modded battery by itself without the extra weight of the auxiliary batteries. Wish it were that simple...

This has to be related to extra weight..the mod is clean and flies fine (in any mode) with just the single modded battery..

I'm confused? You said earlier the gps didn't work without the aux batteries attached when the mod battery was in? But flies fine with reg batteries?
Sorry, what I meant was without them attached to the airframe it flies fine. With them attached(wether they are running in parallel with the main or not) it does not.

I had a bad set that caused every problem one could imagine. Got rid of them and no more issues: try just for kicks not mounting on the wing panel from Neil : just use gorilla double sided and mount at back of battery cage. See in low hover it that makes a difference

Ok so the mods out of the equation . Have you tried just one battery. Then switch sides and connections. Other batteries?
Unfortunately I don't have any extra 6s laying around and I'd rather not spend 200 more on batteries to end up with the same result. I believe if I were to attach any kind of 700g payload (batteries or not) I will have the same result.

Has to be the extra weight, not the batteries....I could give it a try but am leary of the cg being so far off.

The weights not the issue:! I fly an empty cage with a 9600 mah batt behind the cage at 1091 g & a 5200 muilti star mounted right under the battery rear section. No cg issues as gyros compensate. I think you need to try and move the batteries back justvtobtest for interference?

I see what you're saying..not sure that I will have enough prop clearance to mount both on the back but will if I can!:) Don't know if we can share numbers here or not but mine is 5303185346 if ya wanna give me a ring, would be much better communicating!
