china charger

Mine is not running hot, but that may be because it's putting out the required 26 volts only on the 3 single connector leads.
The "Split" lead is putting out 22.1 volts. Not enough to activate the batteries charging circuitry. I have contacted seller for a way
forward.

I used: SL15 2R507 2.5 ohms cold (same), 7 A maximum continuous (old was 5 A) 40 Joules 15 mm dia. 5 mm thick (old was 13 mm so a bit larger) Digi-Key # 570-1072-ND stock unknown Mouser # 995-SL15 2R507 has stock. The big problem was a lead also died. My Engineer bro-in-law is going to look at that sometime soon I hope. They are using weak components. I have one for my P4P & it works great! Some day this one will work great too ;)

Cheers, Jon

This is the part we need to get the charger working again, Digi-Key # 570-1072-ND stock unknown Mouser # 995-SL15 2R507 ?

So far so good with the Anbee inspire 2 charger.
-> connected 4 batteries at 20% and RC at 10%
-> the two new battery pair charged in 60mins
-> the two older battery pair charged in 95mins
-> the RC charged in 160min
-> the unit is fairly quiet given it has a fan
-> the unit stays remarkably cool to the touch!

Do not let anything plug the fan! I did that once & it smelled hot ..... picks I took of mine above were when it still worked fine. Changed the part & it worked but one lead died. Still don't know how to fix that. Very nice charger when it works ;)

Cheers, Jon

Just a suggestion, but I wouldn't connect the charger to both the battery and the controller at the same time.

Better to use the DJI charger for the controller.

Does anyone know of a source for just the charging leads for the Inspire 2?
I have charger with a LiHV charge setting that works perfectly for Inspire 1 batteries - just need the leads for the new batteries for the Inspire 2

Got mine working again. It turns out there was some loose solder splatter on the bottom of the board & me handling it caused to to short. I removed the loose stuff & all leads work fine now :)

Mine smells a little funky now...still works fine but now I feel the need to keep it within sight...when there are four batteries going it definitely is pulling some amps and the main cord gets warm. Is it worth contacting the seller or are they still all made the same and I need to fix it myself?
