DJI Geofencing

Hi Guys,

I have a commercial job near the Air Force Base and I have permission to shoot a few photos of a corporate building. I filled out the form with flysafe and was approved. I see the clearance certificate on my controller, but it will not activate. I have contacted flysafe and they don't even read my email. They reply with a canned message stating I need to resubmit with a photo ID. I already did that. There is nobody I can talk to. Am I missing a step?
