error after updating inspire 1, ESCS error

updated my inspire 1, however after the update is appearing ESCS errors, only one yellow light amounts on one leg, left front leg, a colleague posted a video with the same error, follows for all to see.


who has had this problem please help

When you call, CS will tell you to send it in. Mine has been out for 4 weeks now. Hoping to hear something in the next 2 weeks. Supposedly its a motor issue.

That sucks, and one has to ask oneself how did the motor get damaged during a firmware upgrade .... keeping fingers crossed that you dont have to send it in.

Hey this is my video. Does anyone here have secret phone number or email for DJI? They still have not responded. Every time I call, I get a message saying they're experiencing high call volume and to try again later, or get put on hold for 15 minutes then get the message and hung up on.
