"GHOST" NFZ?

Anyone experienced flying near an area clearly shown as a red NFZ (with permission) , then returning and the NFZ disappeared? Using DJI GO version 2.8.6
The NFZ is clearly shown in http://www.dji.com/flysafe/geo-system/map
