Has anyone tried to make any camera mods in place of the gimbal? If so, have you mapped out what each lead does? I can 3d print a fixed gimbal but wish I could make an adapter plate that will work with my FLIR. If that makes any sense.

That's a few months of full-time work from a dedicated engineer you're asking for there

There's a company that said they were working on that but it was about 6 months ago and no news.

I'm involved with fixed wing IR units and would really like an Inspire with a Flir.... What about the Seek?
It gives raw data and is really small... I'm not sure about actual temp readouts as we are just working with it now but I think it should work.
