Image soft in 30 FPS but not 24 FPS

Just got my unit back from repair from DJI because card wouldn't stay in.
Now, upon trying it out, the 30 p mode in 4K or HD is soft while 24P in both formats is fine.
What did they do?
Now i have to send it in again.
Anyone else with this issue?

If you rub the handle the images will become hard and sharp lol
