Inspire 1 Battery not charging and wont shut off

Hey.
Anyone ran into the battery that will not turn off? I am sure it needs an upgrade but am reluctant to put it in my I1 x5 with it being on. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Well got my own question answered by DJI. Chatted in and according to them its just a discharging battery. Have not had this before. They were polite and I didn't have to wait.

I wouldn't be so sure and confident with their response just yet.
When the packs go into self discharge, the LEDs do not come on!
Now, unless it is some strange quirk with your particular battery only time will tell (well around another 24 hours), however, I have never known the LEDs to come on during the discharge period.
If this was the case I would expect it to be documented within the manual under the table showing led status and codes etc or being mentioned where self discharge is noted and the information about the packs becoming warm is normal and discharge takes around two days.

Well it was the first answer I got. They did say if it continues after a period of time to contact them. I also will call Aerial Media Pros who sold me the rig.

Well. I was told now by email from DJI that my battery is out of warrantee (ok) but to buy a new one I had 4 flights on it and probably a total of less than 30 min.
