Hi all. I have a TB48 Battery that doesn't seem to charge. It was knocked over on the floor.
Can you have a look at these videos and tell me what you think.

Thanks

The manual explains what the blinks are. Not sure now what the top blinking means.

Well according to manual it seems that led 1 blinking is 0-25% level and no issue.
Are you sure your charger is working? Try on another battery?
It could be that it's just at low and your charger isn't charging.

I think there are two issues here - which can be a little confusing.

When you are checking the state of charge, LED1 is flashing to show a level of less than 25%
However, when you try and charge the pack, it will refuse to charge and indicate via LED4 that the pack temperature is too low and will refuse to charge.
If warming the pack slightly does not solve the problem then my guess would be that the thermister (temp sensor) has either become unplugged/desoldered or damaged in the fall.

Open up the pack and have a look around for any disconnected leads/plugs
