Inspire 1 counterweight?

Is the flat vertical plate behind the battery and below the rear LED on an Inspire 1 a counterweight?

It is just a name plate.and it covers some wires.its a few grams so balances nothing when you consider the imbalance of an x3 to an x5.

Yea and you gotta wonder about the battery mod guys cg. Also the rear motors will work harder to balance the craft in the air.
