Inspire 1 V2.0 Gimbal does not spin on startup

Help. When I turn on the drone the global doesn't spin. It doesn't send video to the app too. Does anyone know what's wrong?

check the small pins and plates on the mounts. should be clean shiny and straight. also any recent hard landing/crashes?

Had a hard landing last week.

remove the two front rubber dampers as well and check the plugs are fully seated and snapped in place

All checked still no joy. The fan in the camera is on though. It just wing spin up and stabilize
