Inspire 2 ESC error

Hi all. New inspire 2 never flown. Today I perfotmed the firmware update through app. Then immediately got No1 ESC error. I tried restarting no change. I saw on Mavic forum that perhaps re updating firmware may help. Any thoughts? Regards
