After 3 weeks away (couldn't take the I1 unfortunately) I did some flying today with a friend and their P4. All good with the I1 although I did get a brief message indicating the RC Firmware needed updating. When I got back home I checked the status and got the following:
App Version 2.9.1
Aircraft Version 1.9.1.30
Remote Controller Version 1.6.0
Camera Version 1.8.1.00
I had last updated my I1 in mid July 2016, with the following file downloaded from DJI (WM610_FW_V01.09.01.30.bin). I recall that no RC update was required at that stage.
Anyway I followed the guidelines for an RC update with the above .bin file in the root directory of a USB memory stick, inserted into the back of the RC and nothing happened.
My question is "What is the best way to check for the latest versions of the App, aircraft, RC and camera?"
I think the above versions are the latest but I couldn't verify this at DJI.com or within this forum. If I have missed an obvious link, then I apologize in advance,
