Live recorded video issues

Hi all,. I'm fairly new to the hobby.. I have an Inspire 1 V2 with a Zemuse x3 camera... the live video quality when I'm flying is absolutely fantastic and also the sd card video is even better which I would expect.. however my problem is the video that is saved and recorded to my phone/tablet. It keeps changing from grey to light every other frame. I have added video to explain

...Could this be a pal vs ntsc thing? Any help would be greatly appreciated. And just to recap this only happens on the video that saves to the phone or tablet...the sd card video is 100% good quality and the live video when I'm flying is also.100%. Good quality

Since this is a table issue, you should include the tablet models and OS versions.

Right off the bat, looking at the video, it looks like the tablet is struggling. When the CPU struggles, it overheats. The tablet will turn down the brightness to facilitate cooler conditions. The fact that it's getting bright and dim very quickly suggests that your tablet is on the cusp of its capabilities. Revealing the tablet model and OS might reveal CPU and/or GPU shortcomings.
