Motor Mount Reinforcement Braces

Hello to all...
Just installed Flickert’s motor mount reinforcement braces on my I2 today. As he was gracious enough to print them and ship them to me for a modest fee.
Definitely worth the price for some more peace of mind. Very easy install! They look great on the bird! Only thing I added, was some 3M padded tape inside each bracket. Poof!! peace of mind......​

Thank you for the post! I would suggest just a single wrap of electrical tape around the arm and motor mount for any others if this is of concern. This appears to be stretching out the braces a bit.

I didn't use a thought of a foam tape as that would "isolate" the braces from the arm itself, which could cause a lot of rubbing / vibrations between the brace and arm/motor mount. Although this did give me an idea. I will report back to the thread when I do some testing.

What are the silver screws for? To stabilize the braces? Are they hitting the CF arm?
