no image transmission signal problem!!

I have an Inspire one, I used to use the 12 mm Zuiko, but due to wider wishes I put the 9-18 Zuiko on yhe inspire, allthough it is not on the 'preferred' list, I tested it and all was working fine, lens was recognised by the camera and all.

today, on a job, I was not able to get it to work, cause I get the message 'no image transmission'. when I look in the menu on my ipad/remote, it states that there is no connection with the gimbal, aircraft menu says: 'Gimbal Disconnected'.

Was there a firmware or DJI GO update applied between the time you tested it and now? If so, that may be the problem.

what to do?

Did have this problem 1 year ago and after replacing:Buy Inspire 1 - Fast-mounting Gimbal Port Cable | DJI Store this all problems were solved.
Did even send this part to Hawai for a member on this forum and his problem was also gone.
