No option to cache maps in Go App with Crystalsky

Hi all,
I've done a search but can't find anything about map caching on Crystalsky.
I've recently purchased a Crystalsky monitor but can't for the life of me find any option to download /cache maps using the Go App - (Go App4 is OK with caching maps.)
Any help greatly appreciated.

The Go APp does not, does not, support any mapping. It will show your route travelled, but no maps.

I struggled with this for 3 months with DJI. And my Inspire v2 1 Pro. BAsically false advertising.

Thanks for the info. I've been bashing my brains out trying to get the maps cached - as you say false advertising.
