No signal

Hello,
i have no signal on my wireless controller to Inspire 2
I have updated the firmware of the aircraft: V01.02.0100 and firmware of the remote controller: V01.01.0010.
I'm using a mobile phone: Huawei P9 lite, android version: 7.0.
I am now flying without a camera and without an SD card, according to the recommendations of the user manual and following the DJI recommendations.
I have tried refresh the firmware RC and the aircraft, with the sd card and without it, but everything is unsuccessful.
Where's the problem? On the mobile phone?

Have you tried to reset Factory Values via the Assistant 2 software on you computer? Have you tried an IOS device. I have multiple problems with my Huawei Elate and Ascend phones. Fewer issues with IOS.
