Remote Camera Button doesn't work

Hi

I was hoping to get some guidance

I am able to take a picture through the app on the main camera page, but the shutter button on the remote won't take a picture.

The record button works fine for video.

The inspire is new

Any thoughts would be appreciated
I am in camera mode when I try to take the picture using the remote camera shutter button

Working fine here on v.20 FW and v.10 of Android.

Try this test....... Set up the Inspire to take video via the app. Press the record button on the remote to start recording. Take about five seconds of video then press the button on the remote again to stop recording. Now press the shutter button on the remote (without flicking over to camera on the app). The Inspire should take a picture and you should see the app automatically switch over to photo mode.

Check if the button on the controller makes a click sound ; if not the button is stack , in this case try to wiggle it gently to get it loos.
