here are a few pictures of the Rock of Cashel in Ireland. This was built between 1100ad and 1270ad.

Sadly the weather this morning was pretty overcast so these didn't come out brilliantly. But I'll probably head there again in a few weeks to try againimage.jpg image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg

There are more pictures at www.aerialireland.com if anyone's interested :)

Hi smurfirl,

I am planning a trip to Ireland in early July. I wonder if it is allowed to fly UAV and take aerial photos of tourist sites like Cliffs of Moher and Aran Islands. I have Insipre 1 and Phantom 3, for ease of traveling, I probably take my P3 along.

Thanks

Hey stanleychan, basically in Ireland for recreational purposes there isn't a major problem. Keep out of urban areas, 50 metres away from people and it's basically OK legally speaking.

I've actually taken ones at the cliffs of moher with my old p2v+. Very windy and watch for seagulls! Have a look at my site if you want some examples www.aerialireland.com
