Slave controller moves camera but no image on iPad

Like many bought Inspire 1 on eBay with two controllers. Master works fine, no issues. The slave will control the camera but shows Disconnected and there is no image. Master/Slave are as the previous owner had them set.

When I try to make the Slave the Master nothing it does not see the Inspire. Probably something dumb I am doing. Any ideas. Dumb question is there a way to set the controllers to their factory settings?
