Slave RC won't connect to Master

Hi guys, I just bought a used RC and it won't connect to my master. When I search for Master nothing pops up on the master list and on my master rc nothing pops up on the slave list. I haven't tried updating firmwares yet. The master controller is a C model, and the slave is an A model. Anyone experience this before? Do I need to reset the slave controller? (Both controllers connect to aircraft in master mode)

Please report back after updating the firmware. Most likely a firmware mismatch incompatibility issue.

Updated everything today and it all works perfect
