What FW version is the right one for me?

On the DJi sight they show two with no explanation that I can find about what the differences are. Are the v0's for a different market than the v's?

I am asking because I am having problems with the video feed with version 9 and need to try and downgrade to version 8, but I'm not sure which one to use and I'd hate to brick it.
