What is this part called?

Hey guys I'm trying to do a hydrodip on my inspire and I'm buying the parts but I don't know what this part is called or even a part number. I have parts 31,32,33 and 48 but this one is unknown. It's held on by double sided tape. Any leads would be much appreciated. I have it circled in green on the attached photo.
