Camera Dances then goes limp and doesn't respond!! Pic included of culprit?

Does this look normal you you? Camera dances on startup, then goes limp. App said No image transmission signal.....this the culprit?

I bought used (no retail receipt) will DJI still cover this as it looks like there error?

That's definitely not right. You can give DJI a try (show them the photo).
Swapping out that connection board is very easy and a 2 minute job.
