Changing default settings on second controller

This should be simple, but I am missing something . I wish to change my settings for camera pitch / roll etc. but struggling, it dose t allow me to make any changes.
What is the solution. See pics attached. Thanks

You have to drag the desired movement to the desired stick position to get custom mode. Simple as that.
