"Cruise control" and gimbal yaw

Often times when flying in standard GPS mode (not waypoints which will keep speed constant) I notice I have heavy thumbs and my speed is rather inconsistent. Is there a way within DJI Go app to lock the speed so it remains constant mid flight? Ex: I am doing a long build up shot to item in horizon, I am flying towards it at 6mph and I just want to hit a button which will keep it at six mph, so I don't look down and now I am going 15mphs.

Another question is often times (single operator mode) when I try to so two movements I pan the camera up or down. I often don't have the smoothest tilt up or down and the footage is throw away. Any tips or tricks to move the gimbal point of focus up or down in a better fashion?

Try using a rubber band for cruising speeds
