Fail Safe Setting ?

OK this may have due to a firmware update or something but I was demonstrating the fail safe setting to a friend today and when I moved the 3 position switch from GPS to failsafe nothing happened. Has this option been removed in one of the updates or am I missing something ?
I've got Multiple Flight Mode selected in Advanced settings.

Sorry just realised I'm being dumb, that position is IOC mode and not fail safe.....getting confused with my Phantom Vision
