Gimbal Mode query

I was flying last week, and the gimbal mode kept changing on it own. I had it in follow mode and it kept jumping to free mode. I had to reset it a couple of times during the flight.
Anyone else every experienced this?

All firmware up to date, using an iPhone5s with a Apple cable.

Did you set one of the controller back buttons to change mode and hit it without noticing?

Thanks Kilrah, I will check, but don't think so. I know I have one of the buttons set to Reset gimbal yaw .... I will make sure.
