OSMO GPS information

Does the OSMO geotag the videos recorded or photos taken?

I´m thinking since the mobile phone used with the OSMO most often will have a built in GPS unit.

Checking both video and stills taken out-of-doors with the OSMO with my iPhone 6 have no GPS metadata attached.

Thanks. I guess its not happening on the OSMO? Even though i think it could be done due to the phones having built in GPS units.
