Switching HDMI output to 720?

I've got an Inspire 2 with X5s. I also have a pair of Avegant Glyph goggles. I have used them with the I2 before. But somehow after a firmware upgrade the HDMI output is set at 1080 and my Glyphs are telling me I need 720 or below. I can't find where to change the output. Any ideas?

Have you checked with an HDMI monitor or TV? I can't get any output at all. Neither 720 or 1080 to a monitor. I could before the last update.
