TB47 Capacity Dropped

Hi all,
I have a a ton 47 that only has a few charges on it that I recently acquired. The capacity has dropped 200mah each charge from 4100 down to 3700 has anyone experienced this?

I had one that died after 10 charges..DJI Did mot replace it as it was just out of the warranty period. However the company I bought the I1 from did . Dutch law was also helping in this matter.
