Happy to announce that Version 3.0 just got approved for the App Store. Many thanks to all the efforts of the members here for testing. We hope you enjoy it!
Now we need we need your feedback to make Autopilot better - please fill out this short survey when you can.
In the end the only way the current arrangement can continue is if new users continue to sign up. For that we very much rely on you guys to spread the word - and we very much appreciate it when you do as we love what we do.Look great - but just cant wonder what you guys earn money from when you upgrade to new version for free (not that i have any problem with that)
Happy new year to you all!!
Does this happen at far distances, or all the time? If you can consistently reproduce it, please email the flight plan, flight logs, and a screen recording to [email protected] so we can determine the cause.I've been beta testing since v2 and had no major issues. I just downloaded the final version from the App Store and now, my P3 Pro flies erratically in waypoint mode when set to speeds above 30kph.
Don't worry, we have a beta version of the SDK that we will start the 3.1 beta with relatively soon.It saddens me that I spent so much money upgrading to the inspire 1 pro only to find out that your amazing autopilot software doesnt work with it.
I don't think this is new. I've always noted the P3 responds aggressively. It's just more noticeable at higher speeds and with waypoints the commands probably change more than zip line or other mode. I've hoped to smooth out the response with an Expo setting or something. Don't have my I1 now to compare, but curious if it's similar.I've been beta testing since v2 and had no major issues. I just downloaded the final version from the App Store and now, my P3 Pro flies erratically in waypoint mode when set to speeds above 30kph. It tracks OK, but it stops and starts and rocks quite violently. It's like if I fly wth full forward stick and then go from full forward and back to neutral and then full forward again.

There is a long standing bug in the SDK that we have requested DJI fix. We are doing our best to work around it, but it can still manifest it self in certain scenarios.I don't think this is new. I've always noted the P3 responds aggressively.
No-fly zones have always been implemented on the aircraft, so Autopilot is under all the same restrictions as the DJI GO app.Hi - will autoflight autopilot work within the new authorised no-fly zones?
so with the new system if we unlock a zone we can then use Autopilot in that zone?No-fly zones have always been implemented on the aircraft, so Autopilot is under all the same restrictions as the DJI GO app.

In other news, first flight test with the Inspire 1 Pro was successful yesterday. The goal is to have something for this weekend.
Presumably, but we haven't tested it. Please report back if it doesn't work.so with the new system if we unlock a zone we can then use Autopilot in that zone?
