The same thing happened to my I1 X3 about 18 months ago,at that time it was written into the firmware that if a cell drops below 3v the battery switches off for protection (great)
Healthy drones,now airdata showed a bad cell,this particular battery only had about 10 cycles on it,anyway I sent the flight data to DJI for analysis and received a packing slip the following day,at that stage the I1 was 11.5 months old,so just in warranty.
DJI came to the party,2 weeks later the I1 was returned all repaired with a new X3 and battery.
I now have the V2 Pro and the C2 button setup for battery info,and I always keep a close eye on.
