DJI Refund/Replacement Requests

The DJI website says you can request refunds or replacements within 7 days of receipt, but does not say exactly how to do it. Do you just send support an email? They have not responded to any of my emails or voice mails about the problems I am having, and I don't want to miss the 7 day window.

DJI policy is you need to contact sales support and request a return for refund number, they should also provide address to ship back to them.

Question did you buy direct from china or local agent each has a different return policy and different address to return too.

I suggest you open the DJI web site for buy an Inspire 2 you will see a chat icon on the right hand of the page.

click this and they will answer, its a chat page so have sales number etc to hand when you call. ALSO If you can do it during normal Chinese hours you will get better support.
 
I bought it direct from DJI. I feel like they are not responding properly to the propeller issue so I want to hit the replacement window in time. Maybe we can work it out in the mean time without returning, but none of us should take that chance knowing their horrible customer service.
