i2 controller "sticking"

Thought I'd ask the panel of experts...Left stick of controller doesn't spring back when pushed in the "up" position but it does spring back when pushed in any other direction. Can this be corrected in settings or is the spring going bad? And if so, why would the other directions be fine? Thanks

Moved to Inspire 2 Help Section

Have you tried loosening the offending stick and unscrewing it a half turn to lengthen it? It is probably fowling on the gimbal internals because it is adjusted too short.
