Thanks!

The firmware would only apply to the remote controller. Otherwise the firmware is updated through the "intelligent" batteries, which have already been sold. The controller has been regularly updated. Thanks.

The birds firmware is updated by downloading the .bin file copy to microsd card insert in inspire 1 camera and update.
what firmware version the inspire 1 shell have?
thanks

Right. The camera and the batteries have already been sold. I didn't think the firmware updates could apply to an empty shell when the firmware lives in the micro sd card and the batteries. When I had the camera and batteries, they were regularly updated.

Again, do you know what firmware version the shell has?
Have you done any updates to the inspire 1 shell since purchased, following the above procedure?
thanks

The microsd card is just a carrier to the firmware from computer to inspire 1 main board. After the update the file is deleted from the card.
