No ..you don't need to modify the slave just the main controller. .

Mine got there last Friday, released from operating room on Monday, should be back home tomorrow. Not looking for any long distance records just a more stable connection. Tony was very responsive, good bedside manners....

no need to send in both controllers. .tony said you only need to modify the main controller. .

Correct. The 2nd controller only talks to the main controller when in slave mode.

Those don't look like the pictures I got from tony..I thought the antennas were white..

Yes, but they are green, hopefully no other difference. If weather is ok, I'm trying them out tomorrow.

Only two days. .it will take longer to ship it..
tony sent me a tracking number today..so I should see it soon..
I was surprised to see the antennas are green ,but hey ,greens my favorite color. ..
