On the topic of repairs, and I think this was mentioned elsewhere buy can't seem to find it, if your AC needs to be sent for repair and you can't use the RC to put it into travel mode I understand there's a screw in the undercarriage that can be turned to raise the arms. Has anyone tried this? I have and it seems really tight and am somewhat nervous about applying to much torque- which might strip the screw head. Any views?Anyone with experience concerning this?

ya, make sure to wiggle it while turning to release tension on the worm drive. maybe hold it sideways by one arm to help release more tension while turning.
