Week RC signal - disconnect - after newest update. Please help.

Hello,

I just managed to update everything today to the newest firmware In all. Battery, RC, and aircraft.
Everything went successfully.

I took it out to test it but it won't even connect properly. I managed to get in the air for a few seconds but I got scared since no commands from the RC was being accepted by the aircraft.

Please take a second to look at this video and let me know what your thoughts might be.

Hey Steven. .
That's nuts you're having connection issues with the aircraft that close..
I can only speculate what's causing this issue..
There is four things that come to mind and the first being to try and relinking the rc to the ac..
the second would be to try another device ..
The third to update your app to the latest version. .
and the last to check your connection between your gimbal and aircraft. .it's a good idea to start there when things don't work right..
anyway hope this gets you sorted out..

Another thing that comes to mind is that your rc's antennas came loose or something. ..
try another rc if you can ..

It just doesn't make any sense. All I did was update the firmware. I will play with it next weekend.

3 different cables
3 different locations
2 iPads air 2
1 iPhone 6
Latest app
Uninstalled app
Check camera and gimbal
Tried without camera and gimbal
I am desperate. DJI won't answer my emails yet.

Any other thoughts?

My bird is grounded after firmware update 1.4
